Income Verifications
All regular sources of income, including all assets, must be verified in writing by a third party. Income verification requests must be sent directly to and from the source, not through the applicant.

Re-examination of household income eligibility is required ANNUALLY. Owners may set the re-examination date as long as the date falls within 120 days of the anniversary date of the initial or move-in Tenant Income Certification.
