On May 13, 2009, AHFA made available for public comments a draft version of the allocation plan for the Tax Credit Exchange Program.
Notice of Public Commenting Period
Notice is hereby given that AHFA will accept public comments concerning the proposed Allocation Plan for the Exchange Program. The proposed allocation Plan will govern the distribution of program funds to project owners that received, or will receive, Section 42(h) Low-Income Housing Tax Credits from AHFA during the period from October 1, 2006, to September 30, 2009. All interested parties are invited to submit written comments regarding the Allocation Plans. All written comments must be received by AHFA on or before 5:00 p.m. (CST) May 20, 2009.
Public Comments
Written comments regarding modifications to the plan were accepted by email and by regular mail through May 20, 2009. Only those comments received by the 5 p.m. deadline on May 20, 2009, were considered and are included here.
