Revised Draft Plan (June 29, 2009)

Upon receipt of additional guidance from HUD regarding TCAP which also affected the Exchange Program, AHFA released the following version of the allocation plan for the Tax Credit Exchange Program:


Notice of Amendment
Notice is hereby given that Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) amended the Exchange Program Allocation Plan on June 29, 2009. The proposed Allocation Plan will govern the distribution of program funds to project owners that received, or will receive, Section 42(h) Low-Income Housing Tax Credits from AHFA during the period from October 1, 2006, to September 30, 2009.
