Mobile Processor Honored
Kerri Willyard of First Federal Mortgage in Mobile has been honored as the Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s 2011 Processor of the Year.
In its twelfth year, the Processor of the Year award recognizes consistent perfect loan submissions from participating lenders in AHFA’s affordable financing programs for low- to moderate-income home buyers.
“Kerri continues to ensure that our loans are submitted in an accurate and timely manner,” said AHFA Executive Director Robert Strickland. “The AHFA staff is proud to commend her quality work and constant dedication.”
Willyard received her award at a luncheon held April 11 in Mobile.
