If you suspect instances of fraud or misconduct relating to AHFA's operations, you can make a report as follows:

Regarding federal assistance programs:

• U.S. Department of Treasury
• Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program
• Email to AHFA's internal audit staff

Regarding AHFA's other programs:

• Email to AHFA's internal audit staff

All reports will be taken seriously.
