2024 Leading Lender of the Year | Guild Mortgage

What a fantastic day we had celebrating Guild Mortgage Company as our Lender of the Year for 2024! We are beyond grateful for all of our amazing partners, and this luncheon was the perfect way to show our appreciation!

Robert Strickland, our Executive Director, kicked things off with a warm welcome, while Carrie Hamaker, our Single Family Administrator, announced the much-deserved awards. And of course, Bud—our dancing mascot—brought the party with some epic moves!

Guild Mortgage secured 1st place for the SECOND year in a row! They helped 146 families achieve homeownership with the incredible programs from Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA). Bryan Goldman, Area Sales Manager at Guild Mortgage, accepted the award on behalf of the team and shared a personal story about how AHFA’s homeownership programs helped him purchase his first home!

Special shout-out to Shelley Faulkner with Guild Mortgage Prattville branch for being the top producer of AHFA programs this year, and to Dawn Sanders Rines for being named one of this year’s Top Processors—amazing accomplishments all around!
