2024 AHFA Top Processor Award: Leslie Swearengin

We’re rolling out the red carpet for Leslie Kidd Swearengin, who’s taking home one of the 2024 AHFA Top Processor Awards—and what better way to celebrate than with a surprise visit in Rainbow City?!

Leslie didn’t just win—her submissions were flawless, earning her the title of not only Top Processor, but also the recognition for the perfect submission!

Our dynamic duo, Cathy James and Alana Beaugez, had the honor of traveling to Rainbow City to surprise Leslie with her award, and the celebration was a family affair! Her mom, husband, and coworkers were all there, cheering her on as she received her well-deserved recognition.

And of course, no award ceremony is complete without some AHFA swag! Leslie and her team got to rock our Homeownership Experts T-shirts, showing off their pride in the work they do to make dreams come true for so many!
