Lights, camera, action! At our recent AHFA luncheon, we rolled out the red carpet for none other than Dawn Rines, who earned the prestigious Processor of the Year 2024 award! Not only did she take home a shining trophy of excellence, but she also submitted perfect files—proving her dedication and expertise in the world of homeownership.

The celebration kicked off with an Oscar-style moment as the spotlight turned to Dawn, with our amazing mascot Bud cheering her on during a lively rendition of "Celebration!" It was a day to remember as Carrie Hamaker, AHFA's Single Family Administrator, proudly announced Dawn's win!
