Applications are submitted to AHFA only during application cycles and selected according to specific criteria set forth in AHFA's allocation plans. Applications are evaluated on a competitive basis and must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee.

The 2025 HOME Investment Partnerships Program Action Plan and 2025 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan are now available for review (Download AHFA's allocation plans for the current year).
