Section 42(h)(6) of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program regulations require that AHFA must market properties that satisfy the qualified contract requirements for sale to the general public at the determined qualified contract price.
Properties that have met the qualified contract requirements are listed below.
AHFA does not warrant or represent the condition of the properties listed for sale under the Qualified Contract, which are available AS IS. Prospective buyers should consult legal counsel if considering to present a Qualified Contract.
Prospective buyers must notify AHFA at 334-244-9200 or [email protected] if they are interested in making an offer to purchase the property or interested in entering a bona fide Qualified Contract to acquire a property from the owner for the Qualified Contract Price (or more).
