HOME Closings

For HOME properties only

Once the owner receives the FINAL Certificate(s) of Occupancy for ALL buildings, please contact the assigned AHFA HOME Closer to request a closing package. The following documents, along with others from the closing package, must be submitted prior to the loan closing.

• Rent Roll for HOME Properties​
• Accessibility Certifications (at Placed in Service)
  • Owner/Borrower Accessibility Certification
  • General Contractor Accessibility Certification

• Capital Maintenance Plan Requirements
• Survey Requirements
