The owner is responsible for submitting the following documentation to AHFA by the deadlines outlined in the Reservation Package. The following list may not be all inclusive, please refer to your Reservation Letter for complete details.

Post-Funding

After notification and prior to the issuance of the reservation package, applicants selected for awards will have thirty (30) days to submit a Certificate of Existence from the Secretary of State and IRS Form #SS-4 Assignment of Employer Identification Number.
