AHFA Celebrates Cooper Green Reaching Major Milestone

Cooper Green officially received occupancy approval for its first three buildings, marking a major milestone for the development. AHFA contributed $45 million in bonds and $3.8 million in tax credits which will result in an estimated $30 million equity infusion into the project developed by Paces Preservation Partners, LLC, and Magic City Housing Development Corporation. We look forward to its official grand opening and seeing it serve 227 Birmingham families for years to come.
