AHFA Launches New Video Series to Guide Multifamily Funding Applicants

AHFA’s latest series of short videos is designed to provide a general overview of the application forms for all AHFA Multifamily Funding programs. The videos are designed to guide and assist individuals with limited experience with AHFA programs. Viewers are encouraged to share the videos with their staff, third-party consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to support the team effort required to submit a complete, well-scoring application to AHFA.

Each training video focuses on a single form (or a group of related forms) contained in the application package. The videos highlight common questions and frequently occurring errors from past submissions. After viewing these videos, users should feel more comfortable completing program-specific application forms.

Four videos have been completed to date, with several more in the works.
