AHFA Opens 2026 Application Cycle with Statewide Multifamily Workshop

AHFA recently hosted its Annual Multifamily Workshop as part of the kickoff for the 2026 Application Cycle.

This year’s event brought together more than 120 professionals from organizations across Alabama for a full day of training and collaboration. Attendees participated in sessions covering key components of the application process, including underwriting, environmental requirements, compliance, and other essential program topics.

The workshop also served as an important opportunity for networking and professional development.

Members of the AHFA Multifamily Team were on site throughout the day, sharing their expertise and ensuring a smooth, well‑coordinated event.
