AHFA's FY24 Annual Report, 'Better Together,' Released

We are pleased to announce the release of the Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s FY24 Annual Report and financial statements.

We continue to press forward in bringing housing opportunities and improvements to communities throughout the state. This progress requires the coordination of many moving parts. 

By highlighting our productivity, participants, and plans set in motion this year, our 2024 Annual Report shows how working together makes housing better.
