Development Spotlight: High Point Senior, Andalusia

May 8 marked the grand opening of High Point Senior Apartments, a 56-unit affordable housing community in Andalusia. The development includes a communal space for residents, a fitness center, and a covered pavilion designed to support access to public transportation. Alabama Housing Finance Authority provided $2.2 million in HOME funds and $1.3 million in housing credits for the construction of the project. This development will provide affordable housing to Andalusia's low-income senior residents for years to come.
