March 12, 2021
We’re excited to announce that next month, on April 6 from 9:30-11:30 a.m., we will be hosting a Spring Virtual Homeownership Forum! We hope to share a wealth of information about the homebuyer market in Alabama with you all. If you’re in the mortgage or residential real estate field, you won’t want to miss this event!
Who Should Attend?
This event is open to lenders, Realtors, and other mortgage and residential real estate professionals.
We’ve got several speakers that will join us to bring this information to you:

Currently, he holds the SRA designation from The Appraisal Institute and concentrates in the area of single-family, vacant land, 2-4 family, and condominium appraisals in the central Alabama area. In addition to performing appraisals for first mortgage loans and refinancing, Horn prepares reports for other uses such as estate planning, private mortgage insurance removal (PMI), For Sale By Owner (FSBO) marketing, and insurance valuations.
