Developed through a partnership, the project received $1.5 million in housing tax credits from AHFA, leveraging approximately $14 million in equity investment.

The development was made possible through a public-private partnership, including $1,420,775 in housing credits administered by AHFA, creating an equity infusion of $12.5 million.
