TEFRA Notice of Public Hearing- The Grove at Foley Beach, Foley, AL

Alabama Housing Finance Authority (the “Authority”) hereby gives notice of its intention to conduct a public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from any interested person regarding the plans of the Authority to issue up to $27,000,000 in principal amount of exempt facility bonds under Section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code with respect to a qualified residential rental multi-family project of approximately 180 units to be known as The Grove at Foley Beach and to be located at 12799 Springsteen Lane , Foley, Alabama, 36535. The owner of the project will be Foley Beach Hall Apartments, Ltd., an Alabama limited partnership.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing concerning the issuance of the above-described bonds, and the related project will be held by the Authority at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2025, at the offices of the Authority, 7460 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Suite 200, Montgomery, Alabama. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or to submit comments in writing prior to the date of the hearing in care of Robert Strickland, Executive Director, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, 7460 Halcyon Pointe Drive, Suite 200, Montgomery, Alabama 36117.
