Bud & Friends Art Fest
The Bud & Friends Art Fest is our annual celebration of creativity, imagination, and the joy of making art. Every year, young artists from all across Alabama share drawings, paintings, and designs that reflect what home, community, and kindness mean to them. We cheer on budding artists, highlight selected masterpieces, and share spotlight videos so families can see the heart and inspiration behind each creation. Past Art Fest spotlights are also available to enjoy, making this a colorful gallery of creativity over the years.
It’s a place where children’s voices, dreams, and ideas shine brightly — one paint stroke at a time.
AHFA Kids FUNancial Class Time!
Our classes are all about learning through movement, music, and play! Our AHFA Kids team — along with Bud and our awesome teachers — travel across Alabama to teach money skills in a way that is active, joyful, and memorable. Kids sing, dance, play games, and work together while learning smart money habits like earning, saving, spending, sharing, and caring for themselves and others. Whether we’re outdoors exploring, creating hands-on crafts, or laughing through group activities, every class feels like a celebration of learning.
These experiences help kids build confidence, creativity, and real-world money smarts — because when learning is fun, it sticks for life.

We believe it’s never too early to start. Our AHFA Kids website introduces financial concepts to children ages 5 to 12 in fun, hands-on ways, while our Tween page takes those lessons to the next level with real-life money skills.
